Offered exclusively on Monday evenings at sunset, each sailing is limited to just six guests, creating a private, unhurried atmosphere from the moment you step aboard.
As the city shifts into golden hour, guests will experience a carefully curated progression of five rare, craft, and ultra-premium Puerto Rican rums, each selected to showcase a distinct expression of the island’s rum-making tradition. Every pour is accompanied by a thoughtfully chosen culinary pairing and presented alongside the stories, people, and traditions behind the rum.
The tasting unfolds with the journey. Each selection is served at a different moment along the sail, pairing the character of the rum with the changing landscape of San Juan Bay—from historic fortifications and centuries-old architecture to the warm light of sunset across the water.
